Originally from Fairfax, VA, Sean graduated from Christopher Newport University before making his way to the Outer Banks, where he has proudly lived for over a decade. Alongside his passion for building, Sean has spent the past 12 years working with Nor’Banks Sailing & Watersports—including 10 years on the parasail boat and seven years as a licensed parasail captain. His time on the water has strengthened his professionalism, leadership, and ability to work calmly and confidently in dynamic environments.

What began as simple projects around the house with his dad grew into a lifelong interest in construction and hands-on problem solving. Sean spent six years working as a contractor’s assistant, gaining experience with remodels, renovations, and a wide range of home improvement projects. Combined with years of personal projects and community involvement, he brings a reliable and well-rounded skillset to every job.

From minor fixes to full renovations, Sean approaches every project with precision, transparency, and pride. Whether it’s a new build, a repair, or a custom project, he offers the care, craftsmanship, and local know-how that come from years of working on the Outer Banks.
